The Real Amino Acid Chelate System: TRAACS™

In our continuing commitment to provide superior minerals to the industry, Albion has developed a patented process to prove the existence of chelation in glycinate chelates using fast-fourier transforming infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The FT-IR proof of chelation method confirms the bonding of compounds and identifies a unique "fingerprint" for each molecule. That fingerprint is then used as a baseline comparison for all chelated minerals produced by Albion and is one of the release criteria in Albion's quality assurance program. The TRAACS™ brand is your guarantee that Albion minerals are what we say they are: mineral amino acid chelates. We are so confident that we produce truely chelated minerals that every batch of chelated product we release for human consumption includes the TRAACS™ criteria on the Certificate of Analysis.

As part of the TRAACS™ program, product names have been revised to more accurately reflect the nature of chelated minerals for human nutrition. Your Albion representative will provide additional details in this regard.
