AIP's Marriott Walker flat bottom spray dryer with bag house is capable of evaporating 3,000 lbs of water per hour. The 1850 Blaw Knox v-bottom box dryer with Marriott bag house is capable of evaporating approximately 3,500 lbs of water per hour.

AIP also operates a 750 Blaw Knox v-bottom dryer with multicones, capable of evaporating 1,000 lbs of water per hour. This is the sister to the 750 Blaw Knox at Albion's human grade facility in Ogden. Each dryer contains a liquifier and two mixing tanks ranging from 600-1,000 gallons each. Two 5,000 gallon bulk holding tanks are also available for increased capacity.
